C5BDI is happy to connect Resonado, a small business from Chicago, IL, with the US Air Force SOCOM in a SBIR Phase II! In this Phase II, Resonado will be helping SOCOM develop a device that uses sound waves to send messages secretly and discreetly to a specific person or group without anyone else being able to hear or understand the message over a short distance.
