C5BDI connects West Point and Colorado based small business for a $250K Phase III SBIR. This contract spun off an AFWERX Open Call and includes comprehensive training to increase human performance. The work includes providing and administering a “check on knowledge” (test and/or situational exercise) that validates the effectiveness of training at each training class. This validation “test” or situational exercise demonstrates the effectiveness (validates the results) of training. Exciting tech and work!
