The C5BDI EU 2017 Summer tour continued to Warsaw Poland for opportunity and networking, building on BioTech and IT from our Prague, Czech Republic and Dresden, Germany visits. Mazovia Cluster ICT found its way to the elite. Fraunhofer Institute for Systems and Innovation Research ISI in Germany named its to the 15 clusters with the greatest potential of ICT among the 270 regions in the EU. The press office of the marshal’s office points out that works on smart specialization of this region are continue. Today’s proposals are: safe food, intelligent management systems, modern services for business and quality of life. But even in such a configuration, the ICT sector is needed.
The BTM Cluster is a network of cooperating business entities and research facilities from the biotechnology and medical industries, as well as units representing the public administration. The well-developed ecosystem of the Cluster facilitates cooperation and synergy between the worlds of science and business. The partners of the Cluster are aware that cooperation increases efficiency in developing new technologies. The Cluster is both a security blanket for new undertakings and a driving engine.
