C5BDI connects US Navy Program Executive Office (PEO) Integrated Warfare Systems (IWS) and a Washington DC based small business for an unlimited ceiling SBIR Phase III Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). For this effort C5BDI leadership worked directly with SECNAV, IWS leadership and a team of both small and large business traditional defense contractors to put the contract in place. This contract is currently supporting multiple projects for IWS’s Digital Twin effort. The contract is over a 5 year Period of Performance (PoP), stems from an original Navy SBIR Phase I and is considered a great win for Sailors, IWS and the US Navy.
