C5BDI connects the US Navy and Virginia Beach, Virginia business for a $67M SBIR Phase III. This original Army SBIR turned Navy SBIR Phase III supports increased personnel knowledge and proficiency in system maintenance and training. This program is under way with the SBIR training tech providing recommended maintenance, repairs, and engineering updates. Multiple Navy programs are using the tech to analyze numerous data sets for job accomplishment, equipment casualty, maintenance, repair, and formal training on Navy systems and subsystems. The contractor is also providing strategic planning; product research and development; life-cycle management; analytical, administrative, operational, and facilitation to support and improve Navy engineering.
