C5BDI connects Concord, CA small business and the United States Air Force for an AFWERX Open Call Phase I SBIR. This effort provides the USAF with a technology to establish an online gaming environment for robotics and AI-based competition and education. There will be leaderboards, acknowledgement from recruiters for achievement, and targeted branding to attract users to the Air Force. The concept is to establish this in schools nationwide so that millions of potential recruits are playing. Metrics will be collected to draw recruiter attention to those individuals that show an interest in the Air Force by what they click on in the games and who shows the aptitude that USAF is looking for in new recruits. This is cool tech and we are excited to see what it can do in Phase II and Phase III.
