C5BDI connects Navy and Hampton Roads, VA small business for an unlimited (no cap) PEO C4I Navy SBIR Phase III 5 Year Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). This tech started as a Navy SBIR, went to Phase II and has now successfully transitioned to Phase III. This tech has 2 Delivery Orders (DOs) in the works and will be performing detailed operational, architectural, and requirements modeling; integrating with commercial standard threat and vulnerability models; developing advanced data-rich analytics to maximize the accuracy of this representative “big-data” problems. This company has now broken into the USAF and is also being heavily evaluated by the Army and USMC. Many more DO’s and Phase III’s to come.
