C5 connects another SB with USAF! A rapidly growing small business based in Northern Virginia was awarded a Phase I small business innovation research (SBIR) contract by the US Air Force to design concepts of operation (CONOPs) and tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) via agile software development that provides novel capabilities to networked, collaborative weapon swarms. This state-of-the-art technology will allow a swarm to adapt its behavior autonomously to new intelligence, coordinate effectively on priorities, and be robust in the face of an intelligent adversary and degraded communications on a fluid battlefield.
