Navy Phase II SBIR Connection: Rising small business out of South Bend, IN received a Phase II small business innovation research SBIR Phase II modification to extend effort in expanding the Navy’s Fleet Readiness Center (FRC) in the Southwest U.S. and their capability for Verifiability, Identifiability of Physical Assets for Real time Traceability. This tech accelerates the Navy’s efficiency in both parts ordering, tracking and configuration management as depot overhaul configuration management (CM) output import into product lifecycle management (PLM). This extension will yield a more accurate supply forecasting capability set for Navy FRCs.
