Our pay it forward, C5BDI giveback continues! Our team recently committed resources and funding to support Operation Turkey. This organization all started with one meal and one man– Richard Bagdonas. Back in 2000, Richard brought his thanksgiving leftovers to a homeless man and from there Operation Turkey developed, because Richard wanted to provide more meals to more people. The ropes were handed off to Brian Tolbert and he expanded the organization to other cities. In 2018, the organization delivered more than 60,000 meals in 22 cities and 7 states with more than 30,000 volunteers. Of course, we thank team-member, James Mershon, for recommending this great cause!
