Our pay it forward, C5BDI give back continues! Our team recently committed resources and funding to support Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF). JDRF is the leading global organization funding type 1 diabetes (T1D) research. Their mission is to accelerate life-changing breakthroughs to cure, prevent and treat T1D and its complications. JDRF does so by funding research, advocating for government support, ensuring new therapies come to market and connecting and engaging the T1D community. For over 50 years the organization has conducted innovated research and produced new technologies to help with this disease. 30 years ago, there was no way to predict if someone would develop T1D, now it can be diagnosed before symptoms even arise. Of course, we thank team-member, Katelyn Esty, for recommending this great cause!
