Our pay it forward, C5BDI Holiday Give back continues! Our team recently committed resources and funding to support Players for the Planet (PFTP). This organization works to connect professional athletes, sports teams, and organizations with opportunities to serve and protect our natural world and the environment. PFTP works to bring together pro athletes across the nation and encourage environmental initiatives within their own communities, such as beach cleanups, recycling events, plastic reduction, conservation efforts, eliminating single-use plastics in sports facilities, and more. So far, 33 professional athletes partake in this organization and it is PFTP’s goal for the professional sports industry to be the leading ecologically conscious, environmentally responsible, and sustainable practices worldwide.
