C5BDI connects USN and Hampton Roads based small business for a Phase II SBIR via NAVAIR. This contract is a continuation of Phase I and includes a software technology where the analyzers determine how well a trainee met predetermined Measures of Performance (MOPs). Through individual training performance tracking, this new tech provides scenario recommendations that ensure trainees master warfighting skills as intended. This learning system tracks trainees throughout their career, which then identifies when a skill is mastered and how often trainees need to practice that skill to stay proficient.
