C5BDI welcomes Jennifer Caugh to our BD team of trained professionals in her role as Senior Proposal Manager. Please help us continue this warm welcome by connecting with her on LinkedIn. Jennifer is a graduate of George Mason University and earned a degree in Business Communication. She has almost 15 years of experience supporting the DoD. Jennifer gained invaluable experience during her five-year tenure with Deloitte Consulting where she supported the Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI) Procurement Contracting Office. She was a member of the small team that wrote and managed the NMCI Continuity of Services, multi-billion-dollar, IT contract. She later led and facilitated Veterans Affairs and Veterans Health Administration teams in the development of pre-solicitation package documentation. Jennifer is especially skilled in contract development and negotiation, meeting facilitation, business development, relationship management and proposal writing. Outside of the office, she has a passion for travel, the ocean, spending time with her family and dog, Baptiste yoga and interior design. Jennifer is extremely devoted and active in suicide prevention, education, awareness and outreach. We are looking forward to Jennifer’s continued success with the C5 team and excited to have her on board!
